Y’all know how much I love the botanical center. So thrilled to have ended my 2025 wedding photography year there. And these two made it extra special. This was the first time I had ever driven the groom to the first look, and let me tell you, it was such a nice way to start the day. It was my first time meeting the couple in person, so it was nice to have that time with Fred to connect. For almost the entire ride, he spoke of how much he loves Elaina. Heart melt!
We did need to navigate some traffic due to construction, gaggles of gnome hunters, and some humidity issues that were wreaking havoc on our cameras, but really, who cares? IT IS THE BOTANICAL CENTER!! So many plants, such dreamy light! I just adore this venue…and I also got introduced to the jaw-dropping Cathedral of Saint Peter and Paul for their ceremony. Talk about grand! But I'll let the images do the talking…
Here are just a few frames from Elaina + Fred’s magnificent Providence, RI wedding
You’ll see more of these faces after their Providence Public Library wedding next year. But for now, here are just a few frames from their Newport RI engagement session.
I highly recommend starting a Sunday with a bubbly, emotive, inquisitive, almost 1-year-old. That is exactly what I got to do yesterday! Hudson was so fun to photograph again, + what a huge change from his sleepy newborn session last December. And look at his adorable shoes!!
Here are just a few frames from his 1-year-old portrait session at Roger Williams Park.
