Jess + Kate tie the knot this summer, + lucky for me, they wanted to include their adorable pups in the engagement session. Ginger + Bernie stole my heart. Since they couldn’t be part of the actual wedding ceremony, it was a treat to photograph them on their own turf. Here are just a few frames from last week’s session in East Greenwich.
I don’t think you actually need a reason for family portraits, but when the reason is to honor the matriarch’s retirement + birthday, I think it makes it all the sweeter. We had a great time with the extended family at Colt State Park in Bristol, RI. Here are just a few frames from the session.
Sometimes life throws some gale-force winds at ya that make you reschedule. Still, then it gives you a beautiful warm spring evening as a proper I’m sorry. This session was supposed to be in Bristol RI, but the wind forced us [literally] to reschedule, which moved the session to Lippitt + Prospect Park. I am not complaining! Providence did not disappoint with spring blooms + warm, lovely weather. So looking forward to Megan + Patrick’s Linden place wedding in less than a month…
